Mobile Applications

Back in 1994, Davids' Planet 9 team started developing game based mobile GPS applications for Boeing and the US Army to track soldiers in the field. This technology was parlayed into first generation 3D navigation applications for Clarion, Magellan, Denso and Visteon as well as Planet 9's own RayGun game / social networking platform. He also worked closely with chipset vendors, such as nVidia, Intel, TI, Sirf and Imagination, to stretch mobile units to display high resolution 3D graphics at high frame rates. RayGun became the first 3D social game platform when in launched in 2009. RayGun runs on Android, iOD, QNX, Linux and Windows.
